My Background
Heather has been an LMT, Licensed through the Virginia Department of Health Professions since 2016. Board Certified NCBTMB which stands for National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. This certification defines and advances the highest standards in the massage therapy and bodywork profession.
My Approach
With a heavy focus on Orthopedic assessment and Eastern Medical theories, Heather has enjoyed providing therapeutic massage to help clients recover and return to comfort. Her approach is integrative. She is a certified rehabilitation Tai Chi clinician, certified in multiple healing modalities. Heather is a Reiki Master, practicing for over two decades
